Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. We also offer express shipping options at checkout for those who need their spirits sooner.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the UK. We are working hard to bring our farm-grown gins to international enthusiasts in the near future.

What is your return policy for damaged items?

If your bottle arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours with a photo of the package. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.

Are your spirits suitable for vegans?

Most of our gins are vegan-friendly. However, our Honeybee Gin contains real farm honey, so we recommend checking the specific product descriptions for dietary details.

Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?

Yes, once your order leaves the distillery, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your delivery progress.
